Lenor Sherman has spent over 25 intentional years making significant impact in the Real Estate industry within the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

Born and raised on The North Side Chicago, she grew up immersed in the observation and understanding of the various intricacies of the housing and real estate industry within the city.

Lenor started in Real Estate at the tender age of 18. Real Estate has been a life long passion for her.

 

Today, Lenor is  the Managing Broker of a Boutique brokerage 360 Realty & Development LLC, Owner of Investors Property Management Solutions, LLC and the knowledgeable Licensed General Contractor for 180 Construction, LLC. Lenor has personally developed and overseen the renovation and restoration of over 150 properties in the City of Chicago and the Surrounding Suburbs for herself, investors and Hedge Funds.

Today Mrs. Sherman is a Managing Broker that sells homes primarily to friends and family, does custom renovation projects, fix and flip for herself as an investor and her private clients. She also serves as Project Manager for most of her out of state clients and works solely on referrals. 

Prior to becoming a full time serial entrepreneur, Lenor spent many years working on behalf of the City of Chicago as an Asset Manager with the Chicago Housing Authority where she learned construction, financing and budgeting. She managed and oversaw the construction of the very first Mixed Income Development in the Country in Chicago and managed the redevelopment of over five thousand units throughout the City of Chicago for CHA.

Lenor is the Founder and COO of the financial literacy company, Assetpreneur and the Executive Director of her new Not for Profit The Purpose Center Inc. Adding to her passion for philanthropy and drive to empower communities, especially underserved and BIPOC community, Lenor, alongside her husband, Tk Sherman co-founder of Assetpreneur and The Purpose Center aim is to educate the young adults from underserved families through financial literacy, real  estate education and basic life skills. To assist in  creating  strong families, educated young adults and rebuild our communities, better and stronger.

Lenor teaches quarterly classes on Fix and Flip and volunteers at CPS schools to further teach financial literacy and real estate basics to youths in the fifth to eight grades. She has become known as the Real Estate Investment Mogul, teaching both new and seasoned investors how to grow their real estate portfolios through creating stabilized housing units.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Project Management, A Managing Brokers License and is a Certified Housing Counselor. She has received several HUD certifications and licenses in her field over the years.

Lenor published her first Project Management book in 2019. Her 2nd published project was The Assetpreneur Workbook in 2023.  Her knowledge and people skills quickly makes her a conference and panelist favorite. The ability to demand a room with eloquence, love and charisma is a defining trait of hers. She inspires, she teaches, motivates and if need be, she will show up in her high heels on a construction site to lend a helping hand.
